Barney Frank Speaks At Celebrating Westchester Libraries Breakfast

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Celebrating Westchester Libraries will feature guest speaker Barney Frank, former congressman and chairman of the House Finance Committee.

Frank will speak at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Reservations will cost $80 for the general pubic or $60 for library employees.
