Orange County Woman With Brake Lights Out Charged With DWI, Police Say An Orange County woman was busted for allegedly drinking and driving after being busted for a broken brake light during an early morning stop, state police announced on Friday. Shortly after 1 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, New York State Police troopers conducted a traffic stop of Chester resident Anastasia Latassa on Spring Street in Monticello, when she was spotted operating her Hyundai Sonata with no brake lights.
