School Bus Driver Seriously Injured In Hudson Valley Crash With Tractor-Trailer, Police Say The New York State Police are investigating a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a school bus in the Hudson Valley which seriously injured the driver. The incident took in Orange County around 8:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 12, in Wallkill on Route 211, said Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police. There were no children on the bus at the time of the crash. The operator of the school bus was extricated from and flown to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. Two Drivers Injured During Crash Of School Bus, Car In Rockland, Police Say Two drivers were injured during a crash of a school bus in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in New City shortly before 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 12. The bus was traveling south on Buena Vista Road when it collided with a Mazda traveling northbound, said Det. Norman Peters, with the Clarkstown Police. No children were aboard the bus at the time of the crash. Both drivers were transported by New City Ambulance for evaluation at a local hospital, Peters said. An investigation into how the accident occurred is still under investigation at this time.

The crash took place around 9:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 18 northbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway in the area of Wolf's Lane in Pelham, near the Mount Vernon border.
