Alert Issued For Missing 21-Year-Old Hudson Valley Woman Have you seen her? Authorities are asking the public's help in locating a missing 21-year-old Hudson Valley woman. Dutchess County resident Melina M. Bixler, of LaGrange, who was reported missing by her family, New York State Police said Saturday evening, July 22. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeve black Naruto hoodie with white jeans and black Nike sneakers. She 5-foot-6 and weighs about 115 pounds. 5-Year-Old Hudson Valley Boy Goes Missing Police are asking for help in locating a 5-year-old boy missing from the City of Poughkeepsie who may have been snatched by his father. Noah J. Cruz was last seen on Feb. 16 at a local pizza restaurant with his paternal grandmother. According to the state's Missing Persons Clearinghouse, he was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray jacket, black sweatpants and black Nike sneakers. The Clearinghouse said the child may still be in Poughkeepsie or the Middletown area with his father, 27-year-old Dochelle D. Cruz.
