Hudson Valley Native Who Served In Navy, Worked As Physical Therapist Dies A native of Northern Westchester who served in the military and worked as a physical therapist has died. Peter E. Clark, who was born in Mount Kisco and graduated from Fox Lane High School in Bedford, was age 62. He died on Sunday, April 30, and was a longtime resident of Palm Harbor, Florida.  After growing up in Bedford and graduating high school, he joined the US Navy and served his time in honor of his country out at sea during the time of the Libyan Crisis, according to his obituary. Hit-Run Crash: Unlicensed Driver Charged After Victim Seriously Injured In Hudson Valley A suspect has been apprehended after a person was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Northern Westchester. Hit-Run Crash: Victim Severely Injured, Suspect On Loose In Hudson Valley Police are asking for help from the public in locating the suspect of a hit-and-run that left a man hospitalized with serious injuries in Northern Westchester.  The incident happened on Sunday, Jan. 29 around 5:50 p.m. in Mount Kisco, when a dark-colored SUV turned left from Main Street onto Boltis Street and struck a 53-year-old pedestrian before driving away from the scene, according to the Westchester County Police Department.  The victim was seriously injured and is still hospitalized at Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla.  Any resident or business that witnes…
