'Golden Bookshelves' Are Helping Peekskill Students Find New Ways To Read PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- HRHCare has partnered with the Peekskill community to put books back in the hands of growing students. The Peekskill Rotary Club launched a new program to increase literacy skills in Peekskill among pre-school and school-age children.
