On Thursday, June 10, at approximately 4:15 p.m., officers responded to the area of Elm Street at Oak Street in Yonkers on a report of a shooting incident with multiple victims.  Upon arrival, officers located three gunshot victims, the most serious of which having been struck in the chest, Yonkers Police said. Covid-19: 459 New Cases Reported In Rockland As State Total Hits 83,712 The worst of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in New York may not be until the end of April as the death toll continues to rise, Gov. Andrew Cuomo warned. There have now been 7,917 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in New York overnight, bringing the statewide total to 83,712. There were also 391 new deaths, as the total climbs to 1,941 since the outbreak began. Of the 83,712 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 12,226 people are currently hospitalized, including 3,022 patients in the ICU.
