Tarrytown Public Schools' New Superintendent Comes From Neighboring District
A school district in Westchester has named their next leader who will be coming from a neighboring district in the county. Raymond Sanchez will serve as the next superintendent of the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns, district officials announced on Wednesday, May 17. Sanchez's appointment will be officially finalized during a Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, May 30. School District In Hudson Valley Names New Superintendent
A school district in the Hudson Valley has just named a longtime educator in the region as its new superintendent. In Ulster County, the Marlboro Board of Education announced that it has appointed Michael Rydell as the district’s new superintendent of schools. A Massachusetts high school football coach got sacked after his team allegedly used anti-Semitic language on the field during a recent game. Duxbury High School announced that it was "severing ties" with coach Dave Maimaron and canceling the football team’s next game as a result of his players reportedly shouting “highly offensive” terms during its game against Plymouth North.
