A man who had just been released from jail for a previous domestic incident returned to the scene the next day and struck his victim with a statue and shot a second victim with a BB gun after fleeing the scene, according to state police.

Alert Issued For Hudson Valley Man Wanted For Assault, Menacing
A 32-year-old Hudson Valley man with ties to Hyde Park is wanted by State Police and the town of Pleasant Valley Court stemming from a domestic incident investigation in which he forced entry into a residence of an acquaintance and committed assault, menacing, and damaged property.
Matthew M. Dabros, who is 6-feet-tall, weighs 215 pounds, has blond hair and blue eyes, is wanted for second-degree burglary, third-degree assault, third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to state police.
