Save Newburgh Firefighter Jobs, Schumer Tells FEMA U.S. Senate Minority Leader Charles "Chuck" Schumer said he told Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Brock Long to keep funding the Newburgh Fire Department and avoid life-threatening layoffs.
