Ulster County resident Joshua Sickler, age 44, of Port Ewen, was charged on Tuesday, Oct. 3 by New York State Police, said  Trooper AJ Hicks. Police said the warrant was issued on Wednesday, June 29. He is described as being 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, police said.

Rockland County resident Rolando DeJesus Gomez-Velazquez, age 32, of Hillcrest, was arrested following an investigation into the incident which took place on Friday, June 17. Devon Austin Payne, of Cragsmoor in Ulster County, was arrested by Town of Montgomery Police following an investigation into the Wednesday, Nov. 6, sexual assault, said Town of Montgomery Police Investigator Stephen Ragni. Payne was charged with felony rape, felony strangulation, aggravated harassment, stalking, assault, and unlawful imprisonment, police said.  He was arraigned in the Town of Montgomery Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail.
