Dutchess Woman Charged With ID Theft In Ulster County After Using Fake ID At DMV A Poughkeepsie woman was charged with felonies after presenting a fake ID in Ulster County to Department of Motor Vehicle employees while attempting to transfer a vehicle title, police said.  Veronica Reyes, 29, was charged with the felonies of second-degree identity theft and second-degree possession of a forged instrument on Wednesday, Nov. 4.  According to state police, an Ulster County car dealership sent paperwork to an area DMV location to register a vehicle and transfer its title.
