13 Dutchess Residents Charged With DWI By State Police In Area Stops Despite being warned of emphasis patrols and special details during the holiday weekend, 29 area residents were among 36 arrested by New York State Police troopers for alleged impaired driving over Thanksgiving. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Thursday, Nov. 28, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Dante J. Garcia, 49, of White Plains, for DWI.
