Suspect Nabbed For Fatal Shooting Of Woman At Home In Rhinebeck A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of an area woman who was found dead in her home. Dutchess County resident William Dicke, age 42, of Rhinebeck, was arrested early Monday, Jan. 24, for the murder which took place on Saturday, Jan. 22. According to Trooper AJ Hicks, on Saturday around 12:30 p.m., State Police were dispatched for an emergency medical response to a residence on Mill Road in the town of Rhinebeck. Dutchess Man Behind Bars After Being Charged With Possession Of Child Porn A 60-year-old man is behind bars after state police say he was found to be in possession of child pornography. An investigation by the Rhinebeck Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the State Police Troop K Computer Crimes Unit, and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office determined Poughkeepsie resident Kevin M. Werner possessed multiple images containing what he knew or believed to be child pornography. On Monday, March 11, State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Werner and charged him with three counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony.…
