Dutchess Man Nabbed For Stealing Police SPCA Donation Box At Market A man who allegedly stole a donation box from a Putnam market has been arrested The Putnam County Sheriff's Office was informed of a larceny at the Appalachian Market in the Town of Philipstown on Thursday, Jan. 10, and dispatched to the scene to investigate. It was reported that the donation money box, which was for the Putnam County SPCA Police, was stolen from the market the night of Wednesday, Jan. 9.
