Town Installs Cameras At Pleasant Valley Park To Help Fend Off Property Damage A town government in the Hudson Valley has installed high-resolution cameras at one of its favorite parks after what started out as youthful vandalism such as graffiti that could easily be painted over progressed to gang signs and heavy damage to property. The incidents took place in Dutchess County in the town of Pleasant Valley at the Mill Site and Memorial Park.
