Brewster High School Grad Tara Ann Duffy Dies At 37 Tara Ann Duffy, a lifelong resident of Putnam Lake, died on Monday, Feb. 26. She was 37. Born on Aug. 16, 1980 in the Bronx, she was the daughter to the late Raymond Duffy and Catherine (Evans) Duffy of Somers. She was a Brewster High School graduate. Tara received a certificate in Drug Counseling. Tara was a cherished daughter, loving sister and beloved cousin and niece. She could strike a conversation with anyone who crossed her path.
