Deadly Stabbing: Man From Region Who Admitted Murdering Ex-Girlfriend Gets Decades In Prison More than a year after a 27-year-old woman was stabbed to death outside of her Long Island home, her killer from upstate New York is facing decades in prison. Kason Parker, age 35, of Albany, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, May 31.
