Jackson of Mount Vernon was killed around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday in the town of Somers after losing control of his vehicle, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the New York State Police. An initial investigation suggests Jackson was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee westbound on State Route 116 when he lost control, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway via the north shoulder, struck a concrete wall, and then overturned, Hicks said.  Jackson was extricated from the vehicle by So…
