Sloop Brewery Moves To East Fishkill EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- The Sloop Brewing Company is coming home. Sloop announced it is expanding and relocating their brewery to the former IBM campus in East Fishkill. The company said the 26,000 square foot facility will allow them to greatly increase production and expand their footprint in the area.
