Accused Drug Dealer From Dutchess Caught With Heroin, Crack In Traffic A traffic stop on Route 44/55 led to the arrest of a Dutchess County woman who was found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine, who now faces multiple felony drug charges. New York State Police troopers stopped Poughkeepsie resident Sharnae Campbell for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 44/55 in the town of Lloyd on Tuesday, Oct. 16. During the subsequent stop, probable cause to search the vehicle was established and Campbell was found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine, which was packaged for sale. She was also in possession of brass knuckles and marijuana. …
