TV Director From Hudson Valley Sentenced For Spying On Teen Nanny
A former television director has been sentenced to five years of sex offender probation and will register as a sex offender after pleading guilty earlier this year to spying on his teenage nanny using a camera in his Westchester home. Daniel Switzen, who worked at CNBC and has a home in Pleasantville, was facing a term of between one and a half years to four years in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony count of second-degree unlawful surveillance following his arrest last November.
