Man Apprehended With Loaded Gun, Heroin After Foot Chase, Police Say An Orange County man was arrested for allegedly having a loaded semi-automatic weapon and heroin following a disturbance. The incident took place Saturday, Nov. 21, when Newburgh Police were called to the area of 48 Lake Drive for a disturbance, said the City of Newburgh Police. While officers were responding they were given a description of two black males, one wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and the other wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, police said.
