Community Heartbroken Over Loss Of Hudson Vallely Firefighter, School Bus Driver Community members, firefighters, schoolchildren, friends, and family are "heartbroken" over the sudden passing of a popular Hudson Valley firefighter and school bus driver. Rockland County resident Matthew M. Duffy, age 57, of Orangeburg, died on Thursday, April 25. Duffy was the Deputy Director of Plant Facilities at Rockland Psychiatric Center for 37 years before retiring in 2021. Funeral Arrangements Set For Popular Area HS Teacher, Coach Funeral arrangements have been set for a popular high school teacher and coach in Northern Westchester who died suddenly this week at the age of 39. Dominic Narcisco, a physical education teacher at Primrose Elementary School in Somers and a former assistant football coach at Somers and varsity boys basketball coach at The Harvey School in Katonah, died in his sleep on Monday, April 15 to the shock of the community.
