Man, 38, Caught After Breaking Into Route 82 Residence, Police Say A man attempted to evade police officers after he was caught on camera breaking into a home and stealing items. Officers from the East Fishkill Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Route 82 shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16, where there was a report of vandals inside the house. While police were en route, they received a second report that a man had fled the residence on foot. According to police, officers arrived at the scene and set a perimeter.
