Here's When New Metro-North Harlem, Hudson, New Haven Schedules Take Effect MTA Metro-North Railroad officials have announced that new schedules will soon begin on the Harlem, Hudson and New Haven lines. The new schedules, which are intended to increase the frequency of trains and provide customers with more travel options, will take effect on Sunday, Sept. 29. Cuomo, Trump Lunch Meeting Focuses On Gateway Tunnel President Trump met Gov. Andrew Cuomo at the White House to discuss the Gateway Project, which would rebuild passenger rail lines between New York City and Newark, N.J. The two men were joined at lunch on Wednesday, Nov. 28 by Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, a White House spokesman.
