Dutchess Voters Elect Trustees In Four Villages Residents of Dutchess County voted Tuesday, March 20 on their trustee seats in the villages of Rhinebeck, Millerton, Wappingers Falls and Tivoli.  WAPPINGERS FALLS In Wappingers Falls, Village Trustees Scott Davis, Ronnie Kormornik and Kevin Huber, all incumbents, were re-elected to the Village Board in unofficial results on Tuesday. Davis, the deputy mayor, defeated challenger Bill Fulton for the Third Ward trustee position, by 118 to 104 votes. Kormornik, of the Village First Party, defeated challenger Jennifer Niznik of the One United Party for the Second Ward seat, by 94 to 72 votes. …
