Ex-Treasurer Embezzled $36.7K From Fishkill PBA, Police Say The former treasurer at an area town's police benevolent association is facing a felony charge after embezzling nearly $37,000 from an area town's police benevolent association, state police announced Friday. An investigation found Lori A. Bailey, 47, embezzled $36,720 from the Village of Fishkill PBA while serving as treasurer and used the funds for her personal benefit, according to police. Bailey, of Highland Falls, was arrested by troopers from the Wappingers barracks and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a Class D felony.
