Covid-19: Dutchess County Seeks Testing For Every Nursing Home Resident With limited supplies, Dutchess County officials have vowed to work to have all residents at the county's 13 nursing home to be tested for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced the County’s Department of Behavioral & Community Health (DBCH) will work together with the 13 nursing homes in the county to test each resident.
