Two Dutchess Residents Face DWI Charges After State Police Stops Several Hudson Valley residents were among 17 motorists taken off the road by New York State Police troopers over the weekend for alleged impaired driving. Local residents charged include:  Orange County On Friday, Jan. 25, State Police troopers from Wurtsboro arrested James Galletly, 50 of Bloomingburg, for DWI.
