Wappinger School Board Postpones Fishkill Elementary Vote FISHKILL, N.Y. -- The redistricting of Fishkill Elementary School will have to wait. The Wappingers School Board decided to postpone its vote on changing the boundaries of the elementary school that would see students who live on Baxtertown Road, Round Hill, and Osbourne Hill Road attending Myers Corners Elementary instead.
