54-Year-Old From Dutchess Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Victim 'Familiar With Him' A Hudson Valley man has been arrested and charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a victim who was "familiar with him." Dutchess County resident Orlando Ramos, age 54, of LaGrange, was arrested on Wednesday, July 27, and charged with a criminal sex act and two counts of sexual abuse, said Trooper AJ Hicks. In December of 2021, state police began investigating a possible sexual assault.
