These Dutchess Locales Are Among Richest In Upstate NY, Report Says
The Hudson Valley is home to some of the wealthiest communities in upstate New York, according to a newly released report. Citing data from the latest U.S. Census, New York Upstate determined the richest places in upstate New York, including many from the Hudson Valley. These Area Towns Rank Highest Upstate For Longest Commutes
Some area residents have among the longest commutes in the state, according to a newly released report. Using data from the U.S. Census, NewYorkUpstate.com compiled the municipalities with the most “super commuters,” a number which has risen 31.7 percent since 2005. According to the report, researchers used "mean travel time to work" data from the U.S. Census, NewYorkUpstate.com ranked the top 50 upstate New York towns, cities and villages where residents have the longest commutes.
