Prosecutors said Harres admitted to possessing and/or selling more than 1,400 counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl, as well as 92 grams of methamphetamine. The discovery was made shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, in Albany County at Cohoes’ Heart Avenue Park, located near Heartt and Park avenues.
