Man With 17 License Suspensions Found Asleep With Crack In Car, Town of Poughkeepsie Police Say A man with 17 suspensions on his license was found asleep behind the wheel near a busy intersection in the Town of Poughkeepsie and was busted with crack cocaine and marijuana, police said. Officers from the Town of Poughkeepsie responded to Main Street near the North Grand Avenue intersection early on Friday, June 7, where there was a report of a man sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle. Upon arrival, police said that officers found Poughkeepsie resident Rondell Barksdale, 26, asleep behind the wheel.
