Dover Man Charged With Attempted Murder After Shooting Into Neighbor's Home A 70-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after shooting into a neighbor's house in the area, state police said. The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 in Dutchess County.
