Police: Accused Dutchess Dealer Behind Bars After Selling Heroin To Cop A 49-year-old woman is behind bars after selling heroin to an undercover police officer, according to state police. Rebecca C. Hartsfield of Millbrook has been charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony. Her arrest was announced on Friday, Oct. 5 by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Poughkeepsie Barracks, New York State Police Community Narcotic Enforcement Team and the Village of Millbrook Police Department.
