'Predicate' Sex Offender Reports Move To Hyde Park A registered "predicate" sex offender convicted of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl has reported a move into Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 37-year-old Jeffrey Johnson, who has moved to a residence on Crum Elbow Road in Hyde Park.
