24-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Admits Killing Victim Of Home Burglary, DA Says A 24-year-old Hudson Valley man faces 25 in prison after admitting he killed a victim involved in a home burglary, according to authorities.  Ulster County resident Jacob Jackson, age 24, of Rosendale, pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Tuesday, Nov. 14, for the shooting death of Myron Moye, age 36, of Kingston, said Ulster County District Attorney David Clegg.  On Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, three men wearing masks and gloves broke into Moye's home, tied up occupants, and then stabbed, shot, and killed the victim and fled, Clegg said. 30-Year-Old Apprehended After Series Of Violent Attacks In East Fishkill A Hudson Valley police officer and several others were injured by a 30-year-old man during a series of violent attacks. Jamel M. Williams, address unknown, was arrested in Dutchess County on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the town of East Fishkill. According to East Fishkill Police, officers responded around 9:20 a.m., to Sunset Drive for the report of a burglary in progress where a female homeowner was being assaulted by Williams. Man Sentenced For Hudson Valley Home Burglary A 23-year-old man has been sentenced for a home burglary in Westchester County. Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Rocah announced that Queens resident Kevin Rojo-Rojo, age 23, was sentenced on Wednesday, Sept. 7, to eight years in state prison for a 2021 New Rochelle home burglary.  His sentence will run concurrent to a nine-year prison sentence he received in June 2022 in Nassau County Court for five residential burglaries that took place between January and April 2021.
