This Dutchess County High School Ranks High In U.S. News List One Dutchess County high school broke into the latest top 100 "Best Schools" list recently published by U.S. News & World Report. U.S. News' rankings emphasize student outcomes, using information on graduation rates and state assessments for more than 20,500 schools nationally.
