Suspect On Run Nabbed For Violent Home Invasion In Area, Police Say A man wanted in connection with an alleged home invasion in which an area resident was stabbed, has been nabbed by authorities. Jamel McCaskill, of New York City, was arrested in New Jersey on Friday, April 16, for the n Orange County incident which took place in Washingtonville on Saturday, Jan. 30. Friend's Alleged Punch Kills Man Outside Hudson Valley Bar Two familiar families -- both coming from lines of first responders -- are now grieving following the death of a young man after authorities said he was knocked unconscious by his friend outside a Pearl River bar. Assault charges were expected to be upgraded to manslaughter against 21-year-old Douglas Guido of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, following the death of his friend, RJ Hess of Norwood in Bergen County.
