New Cashless Tolls Coming To Hudson Valley: Here's When, Where As a record number of Americans prepare to travel for the holiday season, more cashless tolls are coming to the New York Thruway in the Hudson Valley. The New York State Thruway Authority announced that the toll plazas on I-95 in New Rochelle and I-87 in Spring Valley will soon be outfitted with cashless tolling technology. Motorists will no longer have to wait at the gate to pay or scan their E-Z Pass. Cashless Tolling To Go Live At Toll Barrier In Hudson Valley This Week Cashless tolling will go live in the Hudson Valley this week following an announcement by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
