Clinton Corners Man Killed In Rhinebeck Crash A Clinton Corners man has been identified as the person killed in a two-vehicle crash that entrapped one person and closed Slate Quarry Road for hours. The crash, between a 2014 Hond CRV and a 2004 International propane truck, occurred around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday resulting in the death of Francis J. Scelta, 77, of Clinton Corners, said Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. John Watterson.
