Hudson Valley School Bus Driver Sentenced For Sexually Abusing Child A 23-year-old former school bus driver in Northern Westchester will spend several years behind bars for having sexual contact with a minor and attempting to plan a second sexual encounter with her. Brewster resident Brayan Moscoso Arias has been sentenced to four years in state prison after pleading guilty last year to first-degree sexual abuse following his arrest in May. He had faced a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
