Covid-19: Executive Order Caps Third-Party Food Delivery Fees In Dutchess County Dutchess County officials have announced a temporary cap on service fees charged by third-party food delivery companies to no more than 15 percent of the cost of the food order amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
