Drunk, Nearly Naked Man Caught Trying To Run Onto Area Roadway, Police Say A strange scene unfolded in Putnam County when a “highly intoxicated” man began undressing himself before attempting to run into a roadway to avoid troopers attempting to arrest him, state police said.
