Man Charged With Abusing Rhinebeck Nursing Home Patient Following an investigation by the state Attorney's General's Office, an employee of the Ferncliff Nursing Home in Rhinebeck was arrested for endangering a patient, according to the Rhinebeck Police. Ronald J. Gordon, 49, of Lake Katrine, was arrested on Feb. 9, by Village of Rhinebeck Police as a result of an investigation by the Attorney's General's Office into the treatment of a patient, said Sgt.
