Dutchess County residents Tyrese Elting, age 24, of the town of Poughkeepsie, and Brandon Mima, age 20, from the city of Poughkeepsie were arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 14 during separate raids by the Dutchess County Task Force. State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested the teen on two counts of first-degree rape, a Class B felony. Troopers were dispatched to Route 55 in the town of LaGrange for a domestic dispute on Monday, May 20. In May last year, employees from a Dutchess County company, Millbrook Electric Incorporated, contacted New York State Police investigators regarding the theft of funds from bank accounts.
