Warning Issued For Aggressive Fox At Large In Rhinebeck An aggressive fox that may have rabies that was reported in the area has prompted a warning for residents to be wary of the animal. The Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health said that on Wednesday, Sept. 19, the fox was seen in Rhinebeck on West Market Street near Starr Library.  They noted the behavior may suggest the fox has rabies.
