BMW Driver Faces Vehicular Assault Charge In Drunk Driving LaGrange Crash A 28-year-old man who was allegedly driving while intoxicated during a crash that seriously injured another ma  has been charged with vehicular assault. On Sunday, Nov. 25, the State Police arrested Carlos M. Aguilar Breton of Poughkeepsie for DWI following a crash around 8:10 p.m. on Route 55 west of Route 82 in the town of LaGrange, said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks. At the time of the crash, Breton, who was driving a 2015 BMW 528i, struck a 2005 Subaru Legacy head-on.
